First up this weekend, we will see our DotA team participating in the Alienware Arena Tournament. Also, the DotA guys will be facing off against the Germans from dmZ.in the Loser Brackets of GosuCup #2.

Unfortunately for the DotA team, their first match-up was against one of Singapore's top teams, AEON.CGC, and despite giving it their all, were unable to fend them off.

Although not the best of starts to the new year, we can be sure that XtC.DotA will be back for more action in the coming months!

Proudly sponsored by Alienware, and organised by DotASG, the Alienware Arena Tournament will be held at Funan Digitalife Mall on the 30th and 31st of Jan. XtC.DotA will be participating in the DotA competition which will be a 5v5 in Captain's Mode.

With the tournament being held in such a public and easily accessible place, the pressure on every team will be immense, as plenty of eyes will be on them.

After losing out narrowly to Tribal Gaming Int last Saturday, XtC.DotA has gotten off to a rather decent start, even as the guys have not practised with each other as much as they'd like. Now, they face the Germans from dmZ in the Loser Brackets. Will they be able to pull off an upset? Stay tuned to find out!
